Sector 21 Faridabad: UNESCO World Red Cross Day Celevrated At Homerton Grammar School

Sector 21 Faridabad: Students of Homerton celebrated UNESCO Recognized World Red Cross Day. The significance of the day was shared with the students. Every student wore a red cross or red ribbon to show their support and knowledge. Junior students made First Aid Boxes and gifted to keep it in each room of the School to give speedy treatment in case of any mishappening or emergency.

A small skit was prepared where students showed various situations of medical emergencies and what are the quick steps we can take to give immediate first aid before the patient could be taken to the doctor to minimise the harm.
The activity was educative and would help in reducing medical emergencies if new learnt easy steps would be followed by students.
