Haryana News: With a view to bring transparency in the registration of societies, Haryana Government has implemented Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act – 2012.
While stating this today, an official spokesman said that the registration of firms and societies would be done according to the new rules at district level. He said that State Government had issued a notification on June 21 to implement the Act and now the registration of societies would be done according to the new Act under which the applicant would propose three names in Form-1. He said that the applicant has to deposit Form-2 with all documents within 180 days from the date of approval in District Registrar Office.
He said that the State Government has fixed Rs 2500 as the approval fee of society which would be deposited with challan in the government treasury. He said that the existing societies would have to get the new registration certificate within one year of the implementation of the Act.
